The survey outlined a number of aspects of service, from flexibility to customer service.
Almost 100 per cent of respondents stated they were 'very happy' with the services Junee Community Transport provides, while the remainder voted for 'mostly happy'.
Almost half of respondents found the service reasonably priced, while the remainder felt it to be inexpensive or very inexpensive.
Transport coordinator Shirley Crivellaro said the feedback was "wonderful".
"The fact that the community is recognising all the hard work and contributions of our volunteer drivers is amazing," she said.
"We've increased our volunteer numbers, too, which is wonderful, we now have nine drivers."
Councillor Robin Asmus expressed his gratitude to the volunteers during Tuesday night's council meeting on behalf of the Junee Shire Council.
"We'd like to pass on our thanks for the service they provide, not only the staff and also the volunteers," he said.
Mayor Neil Smith said the achievement was "a real feather in the cap" for the transport service.
Director of community and business Grant Johnson also added the efforts of staff in collecting the feedback was to be commended.
"The really nice thing beyond the results is the initiative the staff have taken in that area," he said.
"They've done a great job to get the survey out in such high numbers and get really worthwhile responses."
