The NSW South Coast woman, who can't be named for safety reasons, said finding a new home during lockdown was almost impossible - and support services are stretched beyond their limit.
"I was given 30 days to find a new home, because the owner wanted to give the property to family," she said.
"When I was told I had a meltdown and started crying before I got to work.
"I put in 64 applications for properties, I was selected to look at three of them."
She thought she was going to have to move her small children into a friend's caravan, but fortunately was able to find a home in time.
Moving, however, is also a challenge.
Juggling three small children during a move is no easy feat - especially if you're doing most of the heavy lifting yourself.
"I can't afford a removalist service - I'm just going to have to make a heap of small trips myself," she said.
When she sought help from support services, she quickly realised they would not be able to provide her with the help she needed before her 30-day notice period was up.
Last lockdown one of the government support initiatives was a mandatory 60-day notice period for tenants if their landlord wished to end their lease.

It has not been introduced this time, leaving many dependent on support services, which are already stretched beyond their limit.
Kathy Colyer, CEO of Supported Accommodation and Homelessness Services Shoalhaven Illawarra, said they have a wait list of more than 70 women who need support currently.
"COVID makes it so hard," she said.
"We're at capacity, it's horrible.
"We don't like to turn anyone away, but after the extra support payments ended the number of people needing help rose."
Ms Coyler said the number of women seeking help had jumped after the last lockdown, and she expected another jump when this one eases.
"While the women were in lockdown, they weren't reaching out," she said.
"But around January our numbers rose, and I think it's going to happen when this one eases."
