NSW Ambulance responded to the incident on Clarence Street Junee just after 4.30pm on Monday, treating a man in his early to mid 20s for a stab wound to his face.
The man was taken to Wagga Base Hospital, and NSW Police say his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
A police spokesperson said a man is currently in custody and a crime scene has been established.
