Factory owner Neil Druce said the staff had been "flat out" preparing and sending out Easter deliveries, with well over 6000 orders delivered by Monday.
Mr Druce said many of the online purchases were coming from people across the east coast of Australia, from Queensland, NSW and Victoria.
"Normally we take to the post office maybe ten or 12 postal orders a day, and we're taking three van loads a day now," he said.
He said he believed the major uptake in online traffic was a combination of self-isolation purchases and a continued desire across Australia to support country areas affected by the summer's bush fires.

"Because we're on Empty Eskies and Buy For the Bush and all of those different online promotions, we're getting promoted in a big way and people are wanting to support the bush," Mr Druce said.
"I think they're also a little bit bored."
Closer to home, the organisation has been kept busy both with Easter chocolates and the continued distribution of hand sanitiser.
Mr Druce said staff were busy managing the high demand for both products and had needed to quickly adapt.
"It's very new for the staff that were working with chocolate now working with hand sanitiser, some of our staff that were chefs in the kitchen are now on the bottling line," he said.
The two highly sought-after goods have made the factory popular in Wagga.
"We're doing Riverina Produce Markets every Thursday in Wagga and that's going well, last Thursday was full on with the chocolate and the sanitiser and we had a lot of people there," Mr Druce said.
Mr Druce said he hoped going into Easter that those receiving chocolates from the factory would get some enjoyment through the difficult period of isolation.
