Peter and Ricky featured on the SBS television series Struggle Street with their son Cody who has Dent Disease Type 1 and a gene mutation affecting his brain.
Kellie Roberts saw the program and wanted to help, starting a GoFundMe page and Facebook group, Help for Cody.
"We've decided to make it extra special for them at Christmas time," she said.
Ms Roberts, who owns Lake Village Takeaway, began the festive mission with a '12 Days of Christmas' auction, raising money through auctioning different products at her store.
"We have raised a few thousand dollars from that which is amazing, and in the meantime I posted to the Facebook group asking for a Santa to come forward and help out with a new idea," she said.
With Santa on board and the Patriots Australia military motorcycle club's help, Cody and his family received a surprise visit from the big man in the red suit who arrived this afternoon in a bikie convoy to deliver special gifts.
"We've had so many donations that we've been able to get a whole Santa sack full of gifts for Cody and his sister Bree," Ms Roberts said.
"Everyone has been so amazing, this time of year is all about giving and that's certainly what has happened here."
