Papua New Guinea international Thompson Teteh is the latest Diesels recruit.
He's played over 30 games for the Kumuls, was the leading tryscorer for Redcliffe Dolphins during his in the Queensland Cup and spent last season in the United Kingdom with Featherstone Rovers.
Junee president Simon Vanzanten is thrilled to have him on board.
"Anyone who has played high level like that and is a great tryscorer is going to be helpful running off the back of Dakota (Ruta) and our new half," Vanzanten said.
"There is going to be a lot competition in our outside backs with our Fijians arriving so we should be a very fast side."
Teteh was linked to the club in 2018 however didn't move down after it would have prevented him playing for the Kumuls.
The Diesels have also secured former Young playmaker Kelepi Komaisavou.
The Fiji Bati player was a mid-season recruit for the Cherrypickers, and went on to be their second highest tryscorer.
He's expected to play at halfback with Trent Schubach moving back to hooker to replace Hayden Diggins.
Diggins left Junee for work reasons and has signed on as Moruya's captain-coach for next season.
Junee have brought in plenty of Fijian talent this season and Vanzanten expects Teteh will add to their depth at centre or alternatively the second row.
The Diesels already announced the signings Fijian international Eddie Tagicakibau, who played at the 2017 World Cup, will be joined by Jone Sariri, Atueta Giuvalu, Bill Rakul, Seva Nabetelevu and Kiti Rasotale.

Vanzanten hopes the new additions can help the club, who held a state of play meeting earlier this year, boost their numbers before local talent filters back through the club.
"We've had great numbers with our 16s training but we want to give ourselves enough to fill two squads until we get some more local juniors back," he said.
Junee are expected to have four grades next season with a Weissel Cup side unlikely at this stage.
The Diesels have one more training session leading into Christmas with a barbecue to follow on Thursday.
