Hart won the first three legs of the series representing NSW against the best young drivers across Australia and New Zealand.
He won the first heat of the series with Addington on Friday with Sugar Cane for David McCormick before taking out the next two heats at Methven on Sunday.
First he drove Refine to victory for John McDermott before saluting on Beau Major for Grant McStay.
The grass track proved to be no obstacle for the 20-year-old coming off his best season to date.
The series continues at Manawatu on Tuesday and Thursday before the final leg at Alexandra Park on Inter Dominion Final night this Friday.
The former Junee reinsman has a commanding lead as the series moves to the North Island of New Zealand.
Hart is on 50 points with defending champion Sheree Tomlinson next best on 23.
