With six schools and clubs in total, The Innkeeper's Christmas saw students put their acting and choir skills to the test.
"The children performed above and beyond our expectations and everything flowed, it was a very impressive show," organiser Jenny Good said.
The fresh take on traditional Christmas carols was well received by the community, according to Mrs Good.
"We've had fantastic feedback from the community and it looks like the Combined Churches want to take the idea of a musical play in future to keep the traditional side of things fresh and enjoyable for the kids," she said.
"It really showed the importance of bringing the community together."
Mrs Good expressed her thanks to all community volunteers and attendees.
