Previous president for 2019 Prue Duncan was one member who made a change.
"I stepped down from presidency this year, and we have Genelle Keough stepping in," she said.
"Genelle as been on the committee for years so she will do well."
Duncan said one of the key points of discussion at the meeting was securing the club's future.
"We wanted to figure out how to get more interest in the club and get more interest into playing soccer," she said.
Now taking the role of secretary, Duncan said the club was planning to host a trivia night in January next year to get some interest going.
"We'll also be picking up a new strip for next year then, so we'll have four different types that everyone can vote on to keep the club fresh," she said.
With training starting at the end of January next year ahead of the 2020 season start in April, Duncan said numbers were really the key issue.
"We are hoping to get more players than last year, this is the lowest we've had since the club was established so we're definitely trying to expand that," she said.
"We do have some women coming back to play from past seasons, and it's looking promising to have a first and reserve grade women's team.
"We'd love the same for men too but at this stage the numbers don't really look promising."
