The upgrades include male and female change rooms with showers and toilets, a referees room, disabled access toilets, a barbecue room and a 6m awning for spectators.
The oval itself has already undergone refurbishment at the beginning of the year, creating a fresh space for the region's sporting needs.
Junee Shire Council director of engineering services Cole Davis said the new amenities were currently in the 'fit out' stage.
"It will mean better sporting facilities for the town overall, and might attract more players to the region who can now play with top notch services," he said.
The completion date of the upgrade is yet to be determined, but estimated for the near future.
