Team manager Jodie Russell said the ladies' efforts were to be commended, and it was not all bad news.
"These competitions are a big thing in bowls, particularly at the moment," she said.
"The girls played really well, it was a really good two days."
Winning one match and losing the other, Ms Russell said the team were the only one of the district to participate.
"We had to play for our district because we were the only ones in our area willing to put a team forward and that was a bit disappointing," she said.
"We'd hoped Wagga would at least support it but we did our best anyway."
The competition didn't dampen the team's spirit though.
"The ladies' did us proud and we will do better and come back stronger next year," Ms Russell said.
