The Junee Diesels under-15 are hoping to bid a fond farewell to a successful period in the Group 9 junior rugby league competition with a premiership win in their last game together.

They will face off against the Cherrypickers in the northern pool grand finals, to be held in Young on Saturday, August 24.
This game will be the group's sixth straight Group 9 junior grand final, with a record of four premierships in five years.
During the six years they have played together they have lost a combined total of just eight games and went undefeated for two seasons.
There is no doubt the team is blessed with plenty of playing talent, but they are also a great group of boys who represent the Diesels Juniors with distinction on and off the field.
Players
1. Jonty Orr: Safe as a bank at the back; plays with a football brain.
2. Nick McNamara: A tough, hard ball runner who is hard to tackle.
3. Joel Crowder: Damaging on both sides of the ball with little regard for his own body.
4. Nick Hogarth: As tough as they come; fierce in attack and defence.
5. Harry Ward: Mr Versatile, plays wherever he is asked and never lets you down.
6. Blayne Linsell: Strong ball runner with a great fend.
7. Jack McCarthy: Organises the team and has a great kicking game.
8. Jake Vanzanten: Constant improver with a great attitude.
9. Kye Wright: Explosive ball runner with electric footwork.
10. Hayden Cook: Forwards leader, with aggression.
11. Tyler Edwards: Ever reliable with solid defence.
12. Samuel Sainsbury: "The Hitman". Great line runner.
13. Will McDermott: Speed to burn with great kicking game.
14. Walter Gray: Defends well above his weight.
15. Connor Webb: Great defender, never gives up.
16. Bailey Judd: Strong ball runner.
17. Will Field: Understands the game, very safe.
19. Eli Crozier: Works hard from dummy half.
20. Kaya Reti: Big man with a big engine.
Under-14s League Tag
THE Junee Diesels under-14s league tag team will play Young in the grand final.
They got through to the decider after an 18-4 win over Brothers last weekend.
Players
1. Abbey Field: Fast as lightning, loves the contest. One of the best in the group.
2. Ava Croker: Quiet achiever, excellent defender.
3. Shallan Wright: Great hands and vision.
4. Torah Newman: All-round player with a footy brain.
5. Grace Robertson: Great defender, quick with the tags.
7. Holly Makeham: Hard worker who loves to be involved.
8. Paige Vanzanten: Improved out of sight this year, good both sides of the ball.
9. Macey Crane: Skilful dummy half who guides the team around the park; hard worker.
10. Jazmin Gore: Booming kicking game; makes a difference.
11. Sienna Hillam: Ultra reliable; quiet off the field, good talker on it.
12. Ella Sainsbury: Excellent all-round player, could make a big contribution.
13. Evi Duck: Most competitive player in the team, skilful and fierce; expect a big game.
14. Katie Stanford: Great first season, strong with and without the ball.
15. Kacey Toupas: Great co-ordination, gets tags off quick as a flash.
16. Chloe McNamara: Versatile player coming off a great game in the semi.
17. Eve Slattery-Bennett: Pocket rocket, has all the skills and great vision.
18. Phoebe Hamilton: Excellent talker, motivates the team and keeps them moving. Great hands.
Under-13s
The Junee Diesels Junior Rugby League under-13s will face off against Cootamundra in the northern pool grand finals to be held at Keith Cullen Oval, Young.
Players
1. Jaxson Allen: A complete footballer. Has no weaknesses. Loves the big stage. Will prove it in the grand final.
2. Samuel Bradley: Captain Courageous. Tireless in attack and defence. Has had a great year in the switch to front row.
3. Cooper Wright: Cool under pressure. Great kicking game. Brutal defender. Poetry in motion with the football.
4. Liam Harbrow: Plays well above his weight. Brings great energy to the team. Skilled dummy half. Mr Consistency.
5. Charlie Condon: Damaging runner. Will prove a handful in the grand final and may well be the difference.
6. Samuel Drew: Elusive runner with the ball and ever reliable in defence.
7. Lachlan Field: Hitting the best form of his career at the right time. The team's X factor. Will need a big game for Junee to win.
8. Fletcher Hearn: Reliable week in, week out. Tough defender. Great team player.
9. Tyler Heir: Fearless in attack and defence. Back from injury for the grand final. A massive lift for the team.
10. Coby Jenkins: When the mood strikes, he is one of the most damaging ball runners in the team.
11. Charlie McEwan: Best hands in the business. Makes no mistakes and gets the job done.
12. Luke Moon: The muscle up front. The enforcer. Shows a great change of pace and knows the way to the try line.
13. Jack O'Regan: One of the best front rowers in Group 9.
14. Ryan Rogers: Great utility player. Never lets the team down.
15. Ben Smith: A revelation since switching to the backs. A real strike weapon.
16. Xavier Wall: Knows the game inside out. Willing in defence and reliable at the back.
17. Jhye Williams: Versatile player who does everything required of him. Rugged defender.
18. Mitchell Dryden: Tough, on and off the field. Explosive out of dummy half and savage in defence.
19. Samual Carlin: Versatile and aggressive. The team character.
