With all the pairs champions from the district pitted against each other, Junee's Ian Cooper and Warren Charlton came out on top in a thrilling final on Sunday.
After receiving a bye in round one, Cooper and Charlton scored a 18-17 win in their semi-final against Wagga RSL's Darren and Heath Walker while the Rules Club team of Dennis Rawlings and Gary Brookes scored a 18-15 win over Coolamon's Greg and Chris Guthrie.
Junee got out to a flyer, leading 10-0, but the Rules Club team pegged them back to trail 11-10 on the 12th end.
Junee got their noses back in front, leading 16-13 on 18 ends, before the 19th was a dead heat with two bowls resting on the jack.
Rules then picked up three shots to trail 16-15 coming into the end but Junee rallied, picking up three shots of their own to take a 19-15 victory.
It follows on from Junee's breakthrough success with their grade four pennant side winning the state title last month.
