The Junee Community Choir are warming up their voices ahead of their second ever performance at the Wagga Eisteddfod.
After placing second for one category at last year's show, choir member Judy Emberson said they were ready to step it up this time around.
"We're up against some big choirs," she said.
"We won't have any books this time, it will all be in the moment and we've had the amazing conservatorium musician Fran Griffin helping us through."
The Junee Community Choir currently has nine members, just scraping past the eight person minimum.
"There's all ages in our group too, and we are always looking for more members," Ms Emberson said.
The choir will sing songs of different languages, including Spanish and German, according to Ms Emberson.
"There'll be ancient songs from the 16th Century too, and a new Australian music section with an Aboriginal song," she said.
The performance will be held at CSU's Joy's Hall on Friday night.
