As the Illabo to Stockinbingal line nears construction, the Australian Rail Track Corporation has identified a 250m-wide focus area for investigation.
"The comprehensive studies and investigations undertaken to date by our Inland Rail teams have narrowed the original study area from a width of about 2km to about 250m-wide," said Albury to Parkes project director Cameron Simpkins.
"The process of determining a Focused Area of Investigation has already resulted in a reduction in the number of landowners who may be directly impacted from 65 to 22."
The session will be held on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm at the tennis clubhouse.
Alternatively, there will also be meetings at Stockinbingal's Ellwood Hall from 9am to noon on Friday, and at the Cootamundra Library from 4pm to 7pm on Friday.
The Australian Rail Track Corporation will host another session in Cootamundra on Saturday from 9am to noon.
