Two-year-old filly Jacquelyn Anne is in the opening race while older sister Molly Kelly lines up in the last.

Reinsman Bruce Harpley was pleased with the youngster with a win on debut and is hoping she can back it up on her path towards the NSW Breeders Challenge Regional series next week.

"I was impressed with her first-up, she had real good gait speed, and for a horse who was very inexperienced she was real solid and really hummed the gate," Harpley said.

The Junee horseman could see plenty of similarities between the daughter of Bettors Delight and the most famous of the Jackie Kelly progeny, millionaire mare Frith.

Especially with a tendency to win without truly exerting herself fully.

"It was a bit like Frith and it felt like she was saying 'I'm here and you haven't got me so I'm not going to let you pass me," Harpley said.

"When they didn't get to her quick around the bend she never felt like she was going to get beat.

"She's come along way in the last month and one thing about that family, and being a Bettors Delight, is you know they are going to keep getting better."

Molly Kelly is coming off a fast-finishing second at Menangle but after drawing barrier eight, Harpley expects the four-year-old will have her work cut out for her.

Even if the draw will enable her to race from behind.

"I've got more confidence in Jacquelyn Anne than I will Molly from barrier eight over 2300," Harpley said.
