An elderly man is due to appear before Temora Local Court after a driving complaint led to his arrest on Saturday.

Just before 7pm on April 28, the 63-year-old from Condobolin was stopped on Goldfields Way near Sebastopol.
He was subjected to a roadside breath test which returned a positive result.
Placed under arrest, he was conveyed to Temora Police Station where he was once again breath tested.
He again returned a positive reading, that of 0.131.
His matter will be heard in Temora Local Court in May.
It follows another unrelated road incident near Temora that saw police led on a brief pursuit through Burley Griffin Way.
After its termination due to safety concerns, police uncovered the offending vehicle outside a property in Temora on the morning of April 20.
The offending driver was subsequently discovered hiding underneath the home.
