The vehicle was observed as failing to comply with roadworthy standards before officers flagged the driver at 8:35am.
Police were led on a short pursuit after the driver failed to stop, but the chase was terminated quickly due to safety concerns.
A short time later, the vehicle was recovered in Temora.
The driver was also found hiding beneath the house where the car had been parked.
The offender was charged with driving whilst on a disqualified licence, using an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, exceeding the speed limit by more than 30 km/hour, initiating a police pursuit, and failing to stop when prompted by police.
