Intended as an alternative to the annual Rhythm'n'Rail festival that was cancelled this year, Junee's Broadway Museum hosted a day in among living exhibitions.

"It is something we would usually do during the [Rhythm'n'Rail] festival, so just because it's not going ahead doesn't mean we won't," said Linda Calis, museum volunteer.

From the basketweavers, potters, classic cars, and metalworkers, there were a few stand out artisans and activities present.
"There's a lady who restores old time rocking horses and they're absolutely beautiful," Ms Calis said.
"Wandering around there's also a big Clydesdale horse that the kids are loving."
Although the festival is expected to run until 5pm on Saturday, before returning for the poet's breakfast on Sunday, sizable crowds toured early.
"I'm actually surprised, but very glad that it's been as busy as it has," Ms Calis said.
"A lot are coming through for a quick look and heading out, but they're telling us 'we'll be back for another look'."
Kicking off at 10am, within the first hour-an-half already there had been foot traffic of more than a hundred.
"Everyone has their own interests but there's something across the board to to fit a lot of different interests," Ms Calis said.
