A 23-year-old man will reappear before court in March, after he was held on drug related charges.
At 10:40am on Friday, Riverina District Police searched a home in Robert Street, Junee.
A quantity of cannabis, methylamphetamines, cash, ammunition and drug paraphenalia were seized on site, and will be taken for further forensic examination.
The man was taken to Junee police station where he was charged with dealing the proceeds of crime, possession of a prohibited drug, possession of ammunition without a licence, permit or authority, and supplying a prohibited drug.
He was refused bail to appear at a hearing in Wagga Bail Court on Saturday. Conditional bail will be granted under provision of the following court appearance in Junee Local Court on March 1.
The operation followed an investigation into the alleged supply of illicit drugs through Junee.
Stolen car parked on same street
Police are reviewing CCTV footage after a car was inextricably stolen and then returned to the same location hours later.
Between 3am and 4:30am on Thursday, a male was seen to break into a parked vehicle on Hoskins Street, Temora.
He allegedly drove the vehicle away before once again parking it in the same spot an hour later.
Break in
One person has been issued with a court appearance notice following a break-and-enter in Temora late last week.
About 12pm on Thursday, an amount of property was taken from an address on Aurora Street.
The person was identified as having possession of the stolen property. They will appear at Temora Local Court on the charge on a theft-related charge.
Drunk driving
A 25-year-old man from Coolamon will have his day in court after he returned a positive reading on a mobile breath test.
At around 11pm on Friday, he was stopped while driving along Wade Street. Hew was arrested on the spot and conveyed to Coolamon police station after he returned a reading of 0.097.
He will appear before Junee Local Court on the charge of driving with a middle range prescribed concentration of alcohol.
Operation Drink Drive 1
The Riverina Police District has now finished its region-wide blitz aimed at curbing rates of drink driving.
Across the region, 3700 breath test were conducted, with three people arrested for blood alcohol levels.
Additionally, there were 130 traffic infringements, 51 speeding notices.
