Emergency services were called to a rural property on Goldfields Way, five kilometres Temora, just after 2:30pm on Friday.
“We believe two young people were riding motorbikes, or all-terrain vehicles. Unfortunately, they crashed which meant that one of the boys had to be taken to hospital,” said Wagga’s Inspector Adrian Telfer.
Upon arrival they found the teenager pinned beneath the front wheels of the quad bike. He was conscious, breathing and alert.
After extracting him from under the vehicle, he was taken by road to Wagga Base Hospital where he remained under observation over the weekend.
It is understood he sustained a non-serious should injury.
