That is the opinion of Junee potter Rosemary Tucker.
This weekend, she and nine others in Wagga, The Rock, and Junee to invite her audience inside her world.
“A lot of people don’t know that there are artists in their area. Unless you exhibit regularly, people don’t know you’re there,” said Ms Tucker.
Originally from Sydney, Ms Tucker brought her studio to George Street, Junee nearly five years ago.
“Just being able to drive around and see these beautiful scenes of canola in bloom, or just grass as far as you can see and not a car in sight, it’s enhance the art.
“Where you are reflects in your art’s attitude.”
Being that Ms Tucker is the only Junee artist to take part in this year’s Art Trail on November 3 and 4, she hopes her participation will inspire others.
“Seeing how someone works, seeing where they create their work, it gives a different perspective on how that piece of art has come to be as it is. Every artist works differently,” said Ms Tucker.
