Riverina’s under 15 girls team has finished third in the NSW Country Championships at Raymond Terrace.

The carnival started with Riverina 4-150 defeating Central Coast 9-65.
Lucy McKelvie-Hill top scored with 54 and had bowling figures of 3-14. Kaitlin Logan also claimed 2-5.
Game two saw Riverina 8-95 defeat North Coast 8-95 after a super over ended in a draw and on countback Riverina had more maiden overs to win the game. Perri Nash returned figures of 2-12.
Riverina came up against the undefeated ACT Southern team in game three and were defeated in the 16th over, 7-95 to 2-96. Lucy McKelvie-Hill top scored with 26, while Claire Herbert took 1-7.
ACT Southern went on to win the carnival and Riverina 5-133 defeated Newcastle 8-111. Grace Boulding scored 40 and Alice Caldow 28. Lucy McKelvie-Hill took 3-15 and Kaitlin Logan grabbed 2-20.
Lucy McKelvie-Hill was awarded Riverina’s best and fairest.
