The Fijian comes into the back line to replace Diesels teammate Aidan Sweeney.
Kaliseiwaqa made quite the impression since joining the club this year, scoring seven tries for the season.
The changes see teammate Timoci Vatubuli move into his more familiar centre role for the clash against Group 20 at E W Moore Oval in Griffith on Saturday.
A combination of injury and unavailability has forced coach Tim Humphries to reshuffle the side named earlier this month.
The loss of front rowers Zac Masters and Hayden Philp is the most notable change.
Masters won the Weissel Medal this season while Philp finished in the top three for the second year running and take plenty of class out of the Group Nine pack.
Albury lock Liam Wiscombe has moved into the front row to cover their absence.
Humphries doesn’t believe it is a concern.
“I’ve got every faith in the boy,” Humphries said.
“He’s got plenty of ability.
“I don’t think we lack too much size but will have plenty of mobility and hopefully we will move them around and shift them around a bit.
“I’m not overly concerned.”
James Hay has also shifted to the front row but played there for Brothers at times throughout the season.
Wiscombe impressed Humphries with his willingness to play in a new role up front.
“I gave him the option and asked him where we wanted to play and he said he just wanted to play to play football and would do whatever it takes,” Humphries said.
“To me that tells me of his attitude and willingness to step up and give it his best shot.
“I’ve got all the trust in him. I know he can play football, he’s fit, he’s strong, he’s committed and I don’t think we will lose much at all to be honest.”
Kaliseiwaqa, Southcity pair Riley Flint and Josh Siegwalt, Brothers utility Liam Carey and Young’s Casey Wall have all come into the side.
The two front rowers, Sweeney, Jonathon McNamara, Dylan Murdoch, Matt Murray and Brayden Draber have all come out.
Humphries isn’t concerned by the changes.
“It is mainly injuries and we can’t control that and just have to adapt,” he said.
“A lot of these kids have first grade experience and were shadows any way.
“We didn’t name all the shadows and were in the mix of the top 25 squad.”
Meanwhile the Diesels presentation night is at the Ex-Services Memorial Club from 6.30pm on Saturday.
