The property is about 3850 acres in total, with 2100 acres arable and with 770 acres currently sown to cereal – 325 acres to Suntop wheat on field pea stubble, 245 acres to Spitfire wheat and 200 acres to barley.
It is also currently running 700 ewes and lambs.
Structural improvements include a hay shed, two machinery sheds, raised barn, elevated grain silo, old three stand crutching shed with steel sheep yards with loading race.
There is also an old homestead, but it has not lived in for many years.
