Considered the most serious at the moment is a grassfire currently burning out of control on the Fielder Moll Road at Gerogery.
The fire has been classified by the Rural Fire Service as “watch and act”.
Not far from that blaze, a grassfire is burning out of control on the Walla Walla-Jindera Road at Glenellen.
More than 135 hectares of land has been burnt out on a property off the Goldfields Way between Junee and Temora, at Sebastopol.
The fire is believed to be a flare-up from a fire that broke out on Monday and is still burning
Not far from that fire, on the Warre Warral Lane at Erin Vale, about five acres of land has been destroyed in a grassfire, which is now under control.
Near Old Junee, on the Rockview Road, 10 hectares were burnt out by a grassfire, which is also classified as under control.
On the Hampstead Road at Stockinbingal, a fire is now under control after burning at least a hectare.
Firefighters have also been called to a grassfire at Cookardinia, but details of this fire are not yet available.
Similarly, there are reports of a fire on the Walbundrie Road, Culcairn, and another not far away on Weeamera Road, but details are still sketchy.
