Entertainment kicked off on Friday with a colourful collection of events at Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory, the Railway Roundhouse and Museum, and the Junee Bush Dance at the Athenium Theatre.

On Saturday, the Living Museum and Rotary Gnome Challenge draw plenty of attention while tens of stalls and market stands also flooded Memorial Park, attracting shoppers and sellers from afar. 

It wasn’t the bumper attendance expected by some but craft stallholder Gaye Sperring said trade was still reasonable. 

“It hasn’t been quite as busy as last year but still good fun,” she said.

Mrs Sperring was consistently busy with her unique collection of dreamcatchers and charms, some made from the simplest household objects.

“I craft rings and bracelets out of spoons, forks and all kinds of things,” she said.
