5.30pm: The Rural Fire Service is giving Santa a lift around Junee on Christmas Eve from 5.30pm. Kids, keep a lookout!
CHRISTMAS DAY
Noon: Don’t eat alone this Christmas Day. Head to St Luke’s Anglican Church at noon for a free lunch – and even a visit from Santa. RSVP by December 22 to John Foord on 0427 315 684.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 4
9am: School Holiday Event: Laser Tag Bus Trip to Wagga. Cost: $15 which includes two games and bus travel. Ages: 9+ only. Bookings Essential at Junee Shire Council Offices.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 5
11am: Music in the Museum. Musicians are encouraged to come along and play at the Broadway Museum on the first Friday of the month.
TUESDAY, JANUARY 9
6.30pm: The Junee View Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Red Cow Hotel, 85 Junction Street. Junee Evening VIEW Club members are passionate about actively contributing to their community while building a network of friendships and having fun at the same time. VIEW is a valued part of The Smith Family and supports its work unlocking opportunities for disadvantaged Australian children so they can realise their potential through education.

10.30am: Junee/Illabo Red Cross meeting at Junee Senior Citizens Hall.
SATURDAY, JANAURY 13
9am: Markets on Loftus @ the Factory at the Junee Licorice Factory, Lord Street on the second Saturday of every month between until 1pm. Barbecue provided by the Junee Motor Club. Funds raised go towards local charities. New stallholders welcome, $10 per site. Contact Dianne 0420 522 638.
