11am: Music in the Museum. Musicians are encouraged to come along and play at the Broadway Museum on the first Friday of the month.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2
10am: PlayHub at the library until noon. Come along for card making, LEGO building, quiz games, and more.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3
8am: Junee Rotary Farmer's Market at Athenium Theatre until 12.30pm. Local produce is available on the first Sunday of each month. Regular stall holders include wine, olives, cheese, bread and pastries, fresh fruit and vegetables, licorice and chocolate, organic free range beef, relishes and herbs. This market is child friendly with amusements and local musicians to entertain the crowds. Costs to the stallholder is $20 plus hire table and power. Any raffle money will go to improvement and advertising, or to an approved charity. Contact John Higginson on 0437 279 509.
5pm: Combined Churches Carols, St Joseph's school hall. 5pm free family sausage sizzle and games and 6pm carols. All welcome.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 4
Noon: Bingo and Hoy at the Junee Senior Citizens Club, Lisgar Street. Cost is $10, bring along a plate of something to share. Contact Barbara on 6924 1980.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5
10am: Interactive storytime at the library. The final Tuesday Storytime at the Junee Library is December 5 and will resume next year on Tuesday, January 30.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6
11am: Free internet help and training will be held at the Junee Library every Wednesday for adults who would like assistance with information and communication technology. Free event.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9 (2)
9am: Markets on Loftus @ the Factory at the Junee Licorice Factory, Lord Street on the second Saturday of every month between until 1pm. Barbecue provided by the Junee Motor Club. Funds raised go towards local charities. New stallholders welcome, $10 per site. Contact Dianne 0420 522 638. (Second Saturday)
