“Christmas on Broadway is an opportunity for the community to come together, to celebrate the start of the season and encapsulate the spirit of Christmas,” Junee Business and Trades president Tony Butt said.
“It’s the local business houses’ way saying thank you for your support throughout the year and to wish you a Merry Christmas.”
More than 60 stallholders will have your gifts sorted, with entertainment running until the grand finale, a combined choir singing-in the lighting of the tree.
The Rotary chocolate wheel begins at 4pm, with Santa arriving at 6pm. There are carols all night sung by local artists and the Kazoos performing on the main stage.
The Athenium will be open for afternoon tea with school displays and stage performance from the JHS band and So Dance.
“Come along and catch up with your friends and neighbours, win a ham on the chocolate wheel and enjoy our beer and wine tasting area, sit on the lawn or in a chair and enjoy all the things that Christmas on Broadway has to offer,” Mr Butt said.
The evening is supported by GEO, Qube and run in conjunction with council and the Junee Rotary Club.
