Police executed search warrants on the Junee properties in Robert and Market streets shortly after 9am.
The joint operation between Junee and Wagga police has resulted in the seizure of items including chainsaws, hand tools, spanners, audio equipment and light bars used on trades cars.
The operation began while both premises were unoccupied, however, a woman in her 40s returned to the Robert Street property and is now speaking to police.
“There’s been a number of trades vehicles and premises broken into in Junee and Wagga and we are investigating where these tools came from and if they are indeed stolen,” Wagga Inspector Robert Vergano said.
“We’re treating this as a success at this early stage, as both Junee and Wagga police are very keen to crack down on property crime in our area.”
Pending the result of investigations, charges are expected to be laid.
