The rain was no deterrent for the determined junior jumpers whose families joined them for the school’s annual Open Day.
Long-rope, trip-skipping and relay challenges raised a whopping $4756 for the Heart Foundation.
“Our SRC organised and run the activities and did a fantastic job,” principal Kay Thurston said.
“All students enjoyed this immensely.”
Jump Rope for Heart is a national charity initiative of the Heart Foundation, designed to keep kids healthy while raising funds.

A teddy bear’s picnic and special assembly followed, with entertainment from the class 5/6S ukulele performers.
“We had a fantastic day,” Ms Thurston said.
