From 8am to 6pm, the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory will hold 30 minute battles, from “snooker sinking” a chocolate-covered macadamia to constructing the tallest tasty tower.
The challenge falls appropriately on World Chocolate Day, a Friday worth celebrating.
Last year’s rocky-road eating challenge was taken out by HB Accounting.
Members of the community are encouraged to come along.
Factory employee Rhiannon Druce expects to see some local rivalries played out.
“It gets pretty competitive, some teams will come for the whole day to scope out the others,” Ms Druce said.
The winning team will be announced on Saturday, July 8 and win a factory smashcake replica, gift voucher to The Millroom and “twelve months of bragging rights”.
