Since opening the doors of Ray White Rural in Temora six years ago, Craig and Bev Pellow and their team have built a reputation as the leading real estate and livestock agency in the region.
The growth of the business has been outstanding, establishing branches in Narrandera and Boorowa, always starting with nothing but optimism and a simple determination to do their best.
Having different outlets and covering all areas of real estate and livestock enables them to value-add their business and clients while reducing risk, thanks to the varying climatic regions and markets.
The offices strive to services client needs with a relaxed, personable and professional approach.
The whole team places immense value on the customer service experience, treating every client with the attitude that they will be a repeat customer.
Now the business has re-branded as Quality Property & Livestock, but clients will get the same dedicated service. Craig, Bev felt the best way forward for the business was independent of the Ray White franchise and are excited to head this new growth of the business.
“You will see a change in name and branding but it will be the same team continuing to provide great customer service,” Craig said.
“We are focussed on improving and expanding our marketing and services for clients to ensure we offer them the best for all their property and livestock needs.”
The Pellows and their team recognise the importance of working together and giving back in a small community.
Among their favourite charities are the Burrumbuttock Hay Run and Bale Out Ball.
Craig, Bev and the team really shine when they are promoting their communities, having been involved in Temora’s success at Regional Living Expo, showcasing Temora, Narrandera and Boorowa to hundreds of city dwellers looking to escape.
"We always do our bit to promote the town and love helping families relocate here," Bev said.
There is now a focus to build on their growing livestock services. As livestock agents, the team quietly goes about its business, be it at Tattykeel, Oberon, Wagga, or Yass.
