The event on February 24 and 25 will be the first hit out for the Thunder under the new leadership of captain-coach Tuki Jackson.
The Thunder join Group Nine rivals Southcity, Young, Kangaroos, Brothers, Gundagai and Temora in the 16-team competition.

Four Group 20 clubs, Leeton, Yenda, Tullibigeal-Lakes United and the hosts, will take part plus Group 10 club Bathurst Panthers and Group 11 club Forbes.
Woden Valley will represent the Canberra competition while Cobar, from the Barwon Darling Cup, completes the field.
The winner takes home $10,000.
