Organised by Junee Business and Trades and scheduled for December 6 - the event will bring together the entire community for the Junee Rotary Christmas Revels and then the Combined Churches Christmas Carols before the tree is lit.
JBT president Tony Butt said the event had been bolstered by support from the GEO Group, Remax, Junee Freightlines and the Junee Shire Council.
Mr Butt said that support meant it would be free for all to attend.
"The GEO Group has supplied a cubby house, box trailer and rocking horse all to be raffled before Christmas, the funds from the raffle will be used to cover the cost of the day," Mr Butt said.
"The amazing support from GEO and Remax has provided all the promotional items, Junee Freightlines is providing their truck for the carols stage and Junee shire will be closing all of Broadway to provide a safe precinct for all to enjoy the day," he said.
Inquiries about market stalls had been strong, while Broadway's shops and cafes will be open for business.
Mr Butt said all community groups were invited to participate in any way and primary school students were taking part in a giant colouring-in competition ahead of the day.
"JBT members have programmed a full afternoon of entertainment for all our local talent singers and schools and the Junee Town Band will be supporting the carols on the night," he said.
The musical entertainment will be joined by pony rides for little kids while families and friends relax together. Mr Butt said the event would be fun for the whole family.
"So bring your fold-up chair and come and enjoy a wonderful Christmas fair," he said.
