 McDonald’s Harrison Group are seeking a Supervisor who would like to join us in Parkes and Forbes to help continue to grow the McDonald’s business within these great small towns in Regional New South Wales. This role will suit a professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who has previous McDonald’s Management experience who is focused on the delivery of McDonalds Standards, can motivate a team & also have fun along the way!  Sponsorship of an approved Visa Holder is also available.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Is responsible for delivering sustainable benchmark operational standards
  • Maintain compliance, OH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
  • Develops succession plans and high calibre people to meet the future needs of the company.·        Set goals and action plans for the Restaurants   
  • Ability to achieve financial budgets
  • Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures

   Skills and Experience

  • Ability to demonstrate results/performance
  • The ability to train and develop team members
  • Proven staff management and leadership skills
  • A hands-on approach
  • Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
  • A focus on policies and procedures
  • A passion for delivering high standards of customer service

  • Must have the right to work in Australia
  • Holds a valid Australian Driver’s License
