Business Development Manager

There are seeking someone with a true ‘Hunter” mentality and have an innovative approach when sourcing new opportunities to join their ever-growing CBD-based business. The successful candidate must be passionate about providing future proofed solutions that exceed customers’ expectations and are aligned with the customers’ business strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying, prioritising and developing new business opportunities
• Creating and maintaining relationships with your various sources of lead generation
• Maintaining and managing a sufficient pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
• Winning business to then pass them onto the account management team who will complete the onboarding process
• Developing and presenting business proposals to potential clients

What you’ll need:

• Highly confident in their ability to sell, deliver and be the face of the company
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Hosting, Telecommunications, Data Recovery & Management – Desirable
• History of achieving sales targets and KPI’s 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development/Account Management
• Competent in dealing with C level executives
