The club will be hosting a Colour Run at Burns Park in tandem with their registration day with the hope of attracting supporters and playing hopefuls to the blue and gold.
Paint powder and good times will dominate the morning event but Jaguars media assistant Zyon Shepherd is tipping a strong turnout of interested players.
“Matt Ward, Joe Crowder and Chris Sweeney are returning under new head coach Adrian Merrigan this year, so I think it will be big for the Jaggies men,” he said.
The resigning of three key Jaguars is tipped to spark a club-wide resurgence and Shepherd is confident the women will find similar success under Craig Duncan.
“He is an excellent coach of the women this year and has lots of skills,” he said.
Soccer enthusiasts, hopefuls and supporters have been encouraged to attend Saturday’s event.
“It’s only $15 and you get a bag including a t-shirt, wristband, water bottles and five bags of colour powder,” event coordinator Julie Shepherd said.
“There will also be a variety of fun activities for all ages.”
A sausage sizzle, cold drinks and icy poles will be available at Burns park and event attendees are encouraged to head to the Junee Bowling Club after the Colour Run for light refreshments.
