9am: Friends of the Athenium Street Stall, outside the library.
10am: Junee Careers Expo at the Athenium Theatre. Join youth (parents and carers are also welcome to attend) from around the Riverina and Get Your Future Sorted with exhibitors from all over NSW, ACT and Victoria. Exhibitors will include universities, Defence Force, support services, apprenticeship/traineeship providers and so much more. There is a fantastic guest speaker, Nathan Hulls, to conduct a short workshop from 11am to noon. Catering will also be provided.
6pm: Girls Night In fundraiser at the Junee Licorice Factory and will rage on until the charitable chicks are kicked out. Bookings can be made at the medical centre or on 6924 3022.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18
9am: Junee Hospital Market Day until 1pm. Lots of stalls craft, cakes, lucky numbers, BBQs and more. Contact 6924 1729 Robin McGregor or 0407 241 729.
10am: Play Hub at the library until noon. Come along for card making, LEGO building, quiz games, and more.
1pm: The students of So Dance Junee present an adaptation of A Christmas Carol at the Athenium Theatre. With students ranging from three to 19 years of age this well loved classic with the So Dance Junee flavour, will certainly entertain people of all ages. Tickets can be purchased online at eventbrite or from the So Dance Junee Studio in Railway Square, Junee. Contact Shannon on 0437 949 322.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20
Noon: Bingo and Hoy at the Junee Senior Citizens Club, Lisgar Street. Cost is $10, bring along a plate of something to share. Contact Barbara on 6924 1980.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21
10am: Interactive storytime at the library.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 22
11am: Free internet help and training will be held at the Junee Library every Wednesday for adults who would like assistance with information and communication technology. Free event.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25
4pm: Friends of the Athenium will have Devonshire Teas available at the theatre during Christmas on Broadway.
