Coordinator Nicole Crozier said the night was a runaway success.
“It went really well,” she said.
“The girls were looking fantastic and so were the guys dressed up in their suits.
“I hope the tradition continues.”
Mrs Crozier said she believed the age-old tradition was making a comeback, with the number of debutantes doubling since the previous event.
The Junee mother has been involved in the past four balls, and the team working behind behind the scenes has grown significantly since year one.
She put the resurgence in popularity down to young people rediscovering a love of dressing up.
“The girls in particular like to buy the nice dresses and get their hair done,” she said.
“There was also one boy in particular who said it was really nice to get dressed up in a suit and do formal dancing.
“He never thought he’d ever do anything like that.
“He really surprised himself.”
The wildly popular event was attended by about 300 people and required three months of preparation.
It raised funds for St Joseph’s Primary School.
Funds are still being counted from the night.
