Coach Adrian Weir called for his attack to put more balls in the net last week, and he got that on Wednesday when his side slotted three goals during what was a rare midweek contest.
The only problem was that Henwood Park - winners of the last six premierships and same the side which knocked off Junee in last year’s grand final - also scored three as the game finished as a stalemate.
Jaguars then backed it up with another draw, this time of the 1-1 variety, against South Wagga in the familiar confines of Burns Park.
The local side now faces the seventh-placed Strikers in Cootamundra.
Cootamundra has struggled so far this season, chalking up one win and five losses to begin the season .
It is just Junee’s second away game in seven weeks of action.
Kickoff is set for 11am at O’Connor Park.
