Tomorrow is the grand opening of Hotondo Homes’ newest display home in Griffith.
The design marks the eighth display home for father and son team Bill and Matt Arnold.
The impressive new Eureka 263 is an expansive family home that includes stunning features.
The master bedroom is situated at the rear of the home, complete with walk-in-robe and ensuite.
The remaining bedrooms are all well-sized and sit in a separate wing which also features its own bathroom with separate toilet.
The central hub of the home is made up of a large kitchen, living and dining area, with direct access to the alfresco - ideal for growing families who like a touch of luxury in their lives.
The kitchen is a true highlight of the home with a massive walk-in-pantry, hidden refrigerator alcove and a granite overlay kitchen benchtop.
The 600 x 600 tiles to all main living areas offer class and elegance to the home, teamed with the Hardie Plank decking to the alfresco which contrasts the tiles to create a homely feel.
