Soils range from fertile red/brown clay loams to grey alluvial soils.
The property offers scale with 300 hectares of flood irrigation, of which 255 hectares is rice approved, some laser levelled and with a contour layout.
There is also about 50 hectares of dryland farming and the balance of the property being sheltered grazing country.
