Paul and Sharon Ellem, of Hotondo Homes, have overseen the creation of a railway worker’s house themed cubby house.
They plan to auction it off at the Rhythm n Rail festival and donate the funds to the Make-A-Wish foundation.
“We’ve tried to make it a railway house replica,” Mr Ellem said, after spending two days working on the house himself.
“It even has a little veranda out the front, a corrugated iron roof and a picket fence.
“It all looks pretty schmick.”
The cubby house will be auctioned off on Saturday morning, following the conclusion of the Rhythm n Rail street parade.
