The publication will tell the story of the town through local characters, high achievers, historic homes, agricultural activities and long-standing businesses.
Magazine owner Elizabeth Tickle said the extensive profile aimed to promote the shire around the state and beyond, while providing a slice of history which will be around for years to come.
“We aim to look at the social fabric of the communities – country characters, architecture, landscapes and history,” Mrs Tickle said.
“We focus on these attributes and attractions of the area, which in turn promotes tourism in the region.”
The community is encouraged to be a part of the collaborative process by contacting 0429 441 086 or editor@centralwestmagazine.com.au.
The publication will be released on August 20.
