The council went a long way to entertain kids, offering a variety of activities including movie trip, Air Zone trip, bubble soccer games, salt clay making and modelling, hip hop dance classes and a trip blast through laser tag games.
Back at school, the action won’t stop. Junee Public and Junee North Public Schools will commence dance classes.
At Junee High School, work commenced on some significant projects and will continue into third term.
These projects include LED lighting in the multi-purpose centre to replace rows of tube lighting, two cricket nets installed near the basketball court and basketball upgrades, including new line marking. The projects should be finished by mid-term.
The school is also in tip-top shape after work by the GEO Group Australia during the holidays. Garden and seating maintenance was carried out to have the school looking its best before hosting AgVision.
