A full day has been set aside in Wagga Local Court to hear at least five defended charges against Blake John Cowled and James Thomas Flakelar, both 20.
But the list of defended charges may grow, with Cowled not yet entering pleas to eight charges and Flakelar still to enter pleas to two charges.
The pair pleaded guilty in Wagga Local Court yesterday to an allegation of stealing sheep on July 3.
Cowled also pleaded guilty to stealing sheep on another date, two counts of larceny and one count of not providing prescribed information.
He pleaded not guilty to one other charge of stealing sheep and two counts of having goods in custody suspected of being stolen.
No pleas were entered to eight other counts of having goods in custody suspected of being stolen.
Flakelar also pleaded guilty to seven counts of having goods in custody suspected of being stolen, and one count of not providing prescribed information, but not guilty to two other charges of stealing sheep.
There were no pleas to two other allegations of having goods suspected of being stolen.
Flakelar and Cowled will have to enter pleas to the remaining charges on February 11.
Although one day has been set aside for the hearing, it is possible the cases will take longer to be determined.
The men were charged in July.
