Last week the Australian representative player was struck by a bouncer and later died.
All 63 players from Gundagai and Junee participated in the moving tribute.
After the tribute to the young cricketer, Junee Stallions went on to win their first game of the season.
Nathan Flakelar won the toss and elected to bat, setting Gundagai's Criterion Hotel a target of 109 for victory.
Starring with the bat was Daniel Foley who set the run chase up with 47 not out and was supported by Murray Garlick on 12 and Beau Smith with 10.
After topping the run score for Junee, Foley picked up the ball claiming three wickets from 35 runs over 10 overs.
Smith took 1/10 off seven overs and Garlick collected 3/11 off five overs.
Will McGrath cleaned up the tail end of Gundagai's batting order with a tidy 2/1 off 2.1 overs.
This weekend the Junee Stallions will play the Family Hotel at Burns Park on Saturday from 1pm.
