Issues with shipping two Harley Davidson XR750s have meant Mr Ryan has been forced to delay the six stunts until January 2015.
It was originally scheduled to start in late October.
"The two bikes are now in the hands of a reliable shipping company that has bikes shipping out to Australia from the United States on November 16," Mr Ryan said.
"I have been getting hundreds of emails and calls wanting to know when the first jump is happening.
"People are excited and don't want to miss out."
Receiving the motorbikes has delayed Mr Ryan's program by two months, which will have to be tested, adjusted and prepared before Mr Ryan begins several practice jumps.
To acquire the bikes from American Motorcycle Association racer Jess Roeder, Mr Ryan had to complete a waiver acknowledging serious injury or death can result from using the bikes for stunt jumping.
"This shows you that the Harley Davidson XR750 is not meant to fly," he said.
"Jess would not sell or release the bikes to me until this waiver was signed.
"I'm literally jumping out of my skin for my bikes to get here, I can't wait to get my hands on them and start jumping."
Mr Ryan's six jumps next year will only cost a gold coin donation to enter with six different charities to benefit from the money raised.
